About the Role:
Consolidated Credit Union is seeking a compassionate and efficient Member Service Representative to join our team immediately. This is a full-time, member-facing position where you'll be responsible for assisting members with transactions both over the phone and in the office.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by assisting members with financial transactions.
Handle both in-person and phone interactions professionally and efficiently.
Address member inquiries and resolve issues with a compassionate and friendly approach.
Learn and adapt to our systems to enhance the service experience for our members.
Maintain a commitment to the credit union’s values and mission.

Qualifications:

Compassionate and eager to learn.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle member transactions with efficiency and accuracy.
